Conditions Regarding Cancellation

Bookings essential on all tours. 25% deposit required within 7 days of confirmation with the balance payable 14 days prior to departure.

Should any tour be cancelled by the client 8-14 days before the date of the tour, all monies less $100 per person administration fee will be refunded. Where accommodation was included, late cancellations will require $100 - per person, per night administration fee.

If any tour is cancelled by the client 2-7 days prior to departure, 50% of the price of the per person cost of the tour will be refunded.  No monies will be refunded for cancellations of less than 24 hours.
