Conditions Regarding Cancellation

Bookings essential on all tours. 25% deposit required within 2 days of confirmation with the balance payable 14 days prior to departure.

Should any tour be cancelled by the client up to 14 days before the date of the tour, all monies less $100 per person administration fee will be refunded. Where accommodation was included, late cancellations will require $100 - per person, per night administration fee.

If any tour is cancelled by the client 8-13 days prior to departure, 50% of the price of the per person cost of the tour will be refunded.  No monies will be refunded for cancellations of less than 7 days.
Cheques to be made to: 'Barossa Daimler Tours'.

If the forecast temperature is over 35 degrees Celcius for the day of the tour, the Daimler may been to be replaced with our modern Mercedes and appropriate refunds applied.
