We invite you to spend two peaceful nights at the grand homestead of Collingrove (c 1856) surrounded by history and beauty.  Our personal service will ensure your stay is a memorable occasion.  After a peaceful night complete your indulgent stay with a day of private wine exploration and push your knowledge and senses with respected wine guide John Baldwin in a luxurious 1962 Daimler.  Return to Collingrove for another relaxing evening.

$110.00 per person - extra nights.

Private structured tastings of vintaged wines and 100 year old Port can be arranged - $50.00 per person extra.

Home-style and formal dinners by pre-arrangement.
